My Story
My work is rooted in the belief that our bodies hold wisdom.
For many years, I lived disconnected from my own inner world. I searched for answers outside of myself — through relationships, achievement, and different forms of healing — only to realize that the deepest transformation came when I learned how to listen to my body.
Somatic work helped me understand that our emotions are not problems to fix. They are signals, sensations, and experiences moving through the nervous system that are asking to be felt and integrated.
Through practices like breathwork, movement, and somatic awareness, I began to rebuild a relationship with myself — one rooted in compassion, presence, and trust.
Today, I guide others through the same process. As a somatic coach, breathwork practitioner, yoga teacher, and health coach, I create spaces where people can reconnect with their internal world, learn to regulate their nervous system, and experience what it feels like to be fully present with themselves.
My work is especially for those who feel deeply and are ready to transform their relationship with their emotions — not by suppressing them, but by learning how to feel them safely in the body.
Because when we learn how to feel, we create the freedom to live.

Somatic coaching works with the body’s internal awareness. Just as we experience the outer world through our five senses, we also experience our inner world through five channels of awareness: mind, imagination, posture, sensation, and emotion.
By learning to notice and work with these channels, we begin to understand how our experiences live in the body. This awareness allows emotions that feel stuck to move and integrate, creating greater freedom and choice in how we respond to life.
